Yoga Rahasya is a process of study and transformation that will offer you not only simple tools, but also extraordinary pedagogy methods for the transmission of the teachings of Yoga.
The basis of Yoga Rahasya is a Hatha Yoga focused on alignment, working with adjustments and refinements; a deep influence of the Dhyana Yoga of the Himalayas; the purity of Bhakti Yoga, and the vision of goodness and beauty of the tantric traditions (Tantra Yoga).
Presented by Gustavo Plaza (Arjuna) this training prepares you to learn a solid and deep knowledge of the science of Yoga from a practical and objective approach.

Not just another yoga teacher training
The methodology of Yoga Rahasya Transformation Training Program is based on the ancient tradition of the Parampara; that is to say -the transmission of knowledge from teacher to student. Expect as well academic materials to support the teachings of yoga in scientific fields: physiological, psychological and spiritual.
Our program is endorsed by Yoga Alliance International and the World Yoga Federation, with recognition in India, the United States, Europe and Latin America.
Yoga Rahasya teacher training course combines theory, philosophy and psychology with intensive practices of asana, pranayama and meditation.

Gustavo Plaza (Arjuna - Achala)
Gustavo Plaza (Arjuna) is an experienced yoga teacher and orientalist, with more than 30 years of experience in training students around the world.
Founder of the Rahasya Yoga School and Method, Gustavo will bring you closer to yoga with a firm and solid teaching style, while being kind and funny.
His classes include several aspects of the yoga tradition, such as Hatha Yoga (alignment oriented practice), Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Philosophy and the Metaphysics of Yoga.
Claudia Musello (Cintamani)
Passionate about nature and a biologist by profession, Cintamani has been on the path of yoga for more than 20 years. She devotes herself fully to the Yoga life philosophy thanks to the inspiration of her guide Andrei Ram, and she studies Ayurveda Therapy and Nutrition under the guidance of Dr. Jorge Luis Berra and Lic. Rossana Molho.
Cintamani is a disciple of Sri Sadhu Maharaja and Swami Veda Bharati, from whom she received direct guidance and initiation.
Her melodious voice is a gift of healing and inner awakening. A spiritual warrior and connected to Mother Earth (Pachamama), her workshops are characterized by their clarity, objectivity and practical spirit.
Caridad Ponce
Caridad Ponce is a Hatha Yoga teacher and nutritionist. With more than 10 years of experience in clinical practice and currently studying Ayurveda Nutrition, she is also certified in physical conditioning and has been dedicated to body work for more than 15 years.
Cari practices and studies Hatha Yoga with a focus on the Iyengar and Anusara traditions. In 2018 she received initiation into the Himalayan tradition with the teachers of Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama in Rishikesh, India, guided by her mentor Gustavo Plaza.
Classes with Cari are intense, fun and deep. They combine dynamic and fluid sequences of postures with an exquisite focus on alignment within the devotional context of Tantric philosophy.
