Yoga and Christianity Retreat in Spain

A unique opportunity to deepen into the dialogue between Christian mysticism and the tradition of yoga together with Pablo d'Ors and Gustavo Plaza, masters of the inner life and meditation.

Aimed at yoga teachers or practitioners with at least three years of experience, especially those who wish to train as future facilitators within the Pablo d'Ors Foundation.

A theoretical and practical retreat to explore the affinity between both traditions of wisdom and to walk towards self-realization.
