Learn an elegant and modern approach to the ancient tradition of yoga

What to expect from this training?

The methodology of the Yoga Rahasya Transformation Training Program is based on the ancient tradition of Parampara; that is, the transmission of knowledge from teacher to student, together with the academic support of the studies carried out on yoga in the scientific fields, both physiological and psychological and spiritual.

Our program is endorsed by the Yoga Alliance International and the World Yoga Federation, with recognition in India, the United States, Europe and Latin America.

The teacher training course of Yoga Rahasya combines theory with intensive practices of asana, pranayama and meditation.

We firmly believe that only a person who has gone through a process of practice and personal transformation is truly capable of transmitting the teaching of Yoga.

In August in the Costa Brava (Spain) the weather is very warm and sunny. It is summer and beach season in the area, so we suggest wearing comfortable clothing, yoga leggings, exercise tops and similar.
For the opening day of the course, and the closing and graduation day, we ask you for white clothing — simple and fresh and of a less informal cut — perhaps a simple cotton dress, cotton trousers and blouse (low necklines are NOT recommended for this occasion).
The meals are ovo-lacto-vegetarian. We will always offer vegan options, but remember that it is a set daily menu — there is no à la carte option. If you have particular needs you must make arrangements on your own and privately.
It is a good idea to bring your own healthy snacks — fruit, nuts, wholegrain biscuits, peanut butter, etc. — in case at any point you need a little more food.
The portions are measured to keep a light stomach in the face of an intense program of practice and exercises.
The training takes place in a beautiful house in the Empordà area (Girona – Spain).
The house has shared rooms, common spaces, kitchen and dining room, a pool, gardens and, naturally, a yoga hall with all the necessary material.
You can come in your own car. If you wish to take the train, you can do so on the AVE to Girona.
If you arrive by plane, you will land in Barcelona (BCN) for international flights or Girona (GRO) for domestic or European flights. In both cases, get in touch with us so we can give you the best option to reach the training house.
No. You must purchase on your own the books that are requested, as well as the manuals.
To register and reserve your place, you must pay a deposit of 1.000€ in advance.
However, in the case of the early-payment discount (early bird), it must be paid in full at the moment of registration in order to obtain that discount (until 30 March 2026).

No. Our teachers are professionals devoted in body, soul and heart to the study, practice and teaching of Yoga for many years, investing time, resources and money, in order to then make this knowledge and experience accessible to students.
We encourage you to make an ardent commitment and to value what you are receiving.
Your certificate is “Yoga Alliance International Certified Yoga Instructor 200h” endorsed by World Yoga Federation and Yoga Alliance International.
The certificate you will receive is endorsed by “Yoga Rahasya School & Method” and by “Yoga Alliance Internacional”. Yoga Alliance International endorses this title for Ecuador. However, if you wish to validate the title with the YAI for recognition outside Ecuador, you must pay an additional US$ 150.
Although we recognize the importance of a Yoga Alliance such as the one we work with (YAI), we firmly believe in the superior and incomparable value of the Parampara, the transmission from master to disciple. This is the only thing that truly holds relevance.
No. The maximum time you can miss is 1 day. If for some reason you do not arrive on the opening date of the course (day 1), you have the option of arriving up to the second day. If you wished to attend the course after day 2, you will not be received. If you have paid the full training, you will have to reschedule for the next date of the next course.
Being a Yoga teacher is a responsibility. If you fulfil the requirements of study, practice and commitment, you will most likely receive your diploma.
However, teachers will have to examine your case to confirm the issuance of your title. Paying for the course is not a guarantee of being recognized as a teacher. Yoga is not a commercial transaction. If you fulfil your dharma (duty) and are truly a dedicated student, then it is certain that you will obtain your diploma.
No. The deposit of your payments will not be refunded under any circumstances. However, you will be able to reschedule your agenda to take the course on a later date with a price adjustment (more or less) if that is the case.
