Learn an elegant and modern approach to the ancient tradition of yoga
Yoga Rahasya is a process of study and transformation that offers you not only the clear tools for your development, but also an extraordinary pedagogy for the transmission of the teaching of Yoga.
Presented by Gustavo Plaza (Arjuna), this training prepares you to acquire a solid and deep knowledge of the science of Yoga from a practical and objective approach.

What to expect from this training?
The methodology of the Yoga Rahasya Transformation Training Program is based on the ancient tradition of Parampara; that is, the transmission of knowledge from teacher to student, together with the academic support of the studies carried out on yoga in the scientific fields, both physiological and psychological and spiritual.
Our program is endorsed by the Yoga Alliance International and the World Yoga Federation, with recognition in India, the United States, Europe and Latin America.
The teacher training course of Yoga Rahasya combines theory with intensive practices of asana, pranayama and meditation.

Frequently asked questions
Can I do the training without being a yoga teacher or having an interest in teaching?
I already have a 200h or 500h yoga teacher training from another school or style. Will I learn new things?
You can consider this training as an update, an advanced-level course that completes and complements your studies on Yoga.
Although it is open to all levels, our students are usually yoga teachers with 200h, 300h, 500h or more trainings, who come to feel that the study of yoga is forever and that there is much to learn.
It is very likely that a large percentage of what we teach will be completely new to you. Few trainings have our scope.
Are there any prerequisites to do this training?
For those students who wish to receive their Yoga teacher certificate, a minimum of 2 years of practice is required.
Most of our enrolled students are usually Yoga teachers (300h or 500h) who want to deepen their studies, knowledge and understanding.
Is this a Hatha Yoga training?
What is the cost of the course?
Does this price include meals and accommodation?
However, you have the option of arranging your own accommodation by choosing the “Without accommodation” training option, in which case the price of the training will be 2.050€.
The price of this course includes 3 vegetarian meals daily from Monday to Friday, and breakfast on Saturday. After breakfast on Saturday our kitchen will be closed until breakfast on Monday.
Will I have free time during the training?
On the other hand, it is important that you know that the study week runs from Monday to Saturday morning. The free days are Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday.
Saturday will have 2 class sessions: one before breakfast and one after breakfast. Once the last class on Saturday is over, you will be free until Monday morning.
What are the class days and times?
We suggest you arrive at the place 1 day before.
Classes and practices run from 7:00h to 19:30h from Monday to Friday.
On Saturday you will have 2 class sessions: one before breakfast and one after breakfast. Once the last class on Saturday is over, you will be free until Monday morning.
The approximate daily schedule is:
7:00 – 9:30 Class
9:30 – 10:30 Breakfast
11:00 – 13:30 Class
13:30 – 14:00 Lunch
14:00 – 16:00 Free
16:00 – 19:30 Class
19:30 – 20:00 Dinner
On Saturdays classes run until 13:30h.
What is the dress code and clothing recommendations?
For the opening day of the course, and the closing and graduation day, we ask you for white clothing — simple and fresh and of a less informal cut — perhaps a simple cotton dress, cotton trousers and blouse (low necklines are NOT recommended for this occasion).
Are the meals vegetarian or vegan?
It is a good idea to bring your own healthy snacks — fruit, nuts, wholegrain biscuits, peanut butter, etc. — in case at any point you need a little more food.
The portions are measured to keep a light stomach in the face of an intense program of practice and exercises.
Where does the training take place?
The house has shared rooms, common spaces, kitchen and dining room, a pool, gardens and, naturally, a yoga hall with all the necessary material.
How can I get to the training location?
If you arrive by plane, you will land in Barcelona (BCN) for international flights or Girona (GRO) for domestic or European flights. In both cases, get in touch with us so we can give you the best option to reach the training house.
Are the study books and manuals included in this price?
How can I register?
However, in the case of the early-payment discount (early bird), it must be paid in full at the moment of registration in order to obtain that discount (until 30 March 2026).
Get in touch with Lalita at +34 606 092 514 (phone or WhatsApp) or at lalita@yogarahasya.com.
Can I pay this amount through a work exchange?
We encourage you to make an ardent commitment and to value what you are receiving.
What type of certificate is given at the end of the course and under what endorsement?
Can I then teach in other countries outside Ecuador with the backing of my certificate?
Although we recognize the importance of a Yoga Alliance such as the one we work with (YAI), we firmly believe in the superior and incomparable value of the Parampara, the transmission from master to disciple. This is the only thing that truly holds relevance.
Can I arrive 3 or 4 days after the start of the training if I have a problem with my flight, transport or personal life?
If I do the training, will I be given the diploma and certificate to be recognized as a teacher?
However, teachers will have to examine your case to confirm the issuance of your title. Paying for the course is not a guarantee of being recognized as a teacher. Yoga is not a commercial transaction. If you fulfil your dharma (duty) and are truly a dedicated student, then it is certain that you will obtain your diploma.
If I cannot attend, is there a refund?
What do you recommend bringing in your luggage?
Yoga mat, a small towel for sweat, and accessories you think you may need. Although there is material at the house, it may be a good idea to bring your own material that you are used to.
Water bottle.
Clothing to practise Hatha-Yoga (shorts, t-shirts, tops – the weather is quite hot and humid, so the cooler your clothing, the better).
Beach clothes, swimsuit, towel and sandals for the beach and/or the pool.
Comfortable clothing for walks, trainers, backpack, etc.
Sunscreen. The sun is very intense at this time of year and, although you will not spend much time near the sea, it is important to have it on hand.
Insect repellent (the gardens surrounding the house, in summer, are the habitat of mosquitoes and insects).
Personal hygiene items.
