Learn an elegant and modern approach to the ancient tradition of yoga

Yoga Rahasya is a process of study and transformation that offers you not only the clear tools for your development, but also an extraordinary pedagogy for the transmission of the teaching of Yoga.

Presented by Gustavo Plaza (Arjuna), this training prepares you to acquire a solid and deep knowledge of the science of Yoga from a practical and objective approach.

It is 21 residential days of growth, study and transformation.

What to expect from this training?

The methodology of the Yoga Rahasya Transformation Training Program is based on the ancient tradition of Parampara; that is, the transmission of knowledge from teacher to student, together with the academic support of the studies carried out on yoga in the scientific fields, both physiological and psychological and spiritual.

Our program is endorsed by the Yoga Alliance International and the World Yoga Federation, with recognition in India, the United States, Europe and Latin America.

The teacher training course of Yoga Rahasya combines theory with intensive practices of asana, pranayama and meditation.

This program is focused on your own personal development on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. In February in Dos Mangas (Ecuador) the weather is very warm and sunny. It is summer and beach season in the area, so we suggest wearing comfortable clothing, yoga leggings, exercise tops and similar.
For the opening day of the course, and the closing and graduation day, we ask you for white clothing — simple and fresh and of a less informal cut — perhaps a simple cotton dress, cotton trousers and blouse (low necklines are NOT recommended for this occasion).
The meals are ovo-lacto-vegetarian. We will always offer vegan options, but remember that it is a set daily menu — there is no à la carte option. If you have particular needs you must make arrangements on your own and privately.
It is a good idea to bring your own healthy snacks — fruit, nuts, wholegrain biscuits, peanut butter, etc. — in case at any point you need a little more food.
The portions are measured to keep a light stomach in the face of an intense program of practice and exercises.
The training takes place at the Radha Krishna Vatika Ashram, in Dos Mangas (Manglaralto – Santa Elena), in Ecuador.
Accommodation is in a beautiful guesthouse located a 10-minute walk away, Hostería Arandú. It has shared rooms with private bathroom, a pool and gardens.
