We had a weekend of deep study together with the Catalan sangha during the YogaOne Surya teacher training.
This dedicated group ventured into the study of the paths of Hatha and Raja Yoga, guided by our master and mentor, Gustavo Plaza, bringing clarity and understanding to these subjects that are so deep and sometimes confusing.
They were 3 days of intense physical, mental and spiritual work that were closed with smiles, open hearts and tears of gratitude.
Always remember what is essential: a disciple's attitude.
