Dear Sangha, I send you a hug from Mexico.
We have finished the Yoga and Christianity Retreat that we shared alongside Father Pablo d’Ors, and it has truly been a deeply fruitful, inspiring and motivating experience to keep walking, learning and discovering this wonderful system that is yoga.
We had 120 participants, 120 spiritual seekers, and it was truly beautiful to welcome so many interested people. Every time I come to Mexico I can perceive those hearts that are so special, so noble and generous. The Mexican people have a unique quality: they receive spiritual guides with devotion, with humility and with a sincere surrender that is deeply moving.
Among the attendees were also four Catholic priests, learning to meditate, deepening with great openness and sensitivity. All very interested in this teaching of yoga and in this dialogue between spiritual traditions. This, without a doubt, gives a great deal of hope. Some of them have expressed their wish to travel to Ecuador to know the work of Father Dávila and also to visit our ashram in Dos Mangas, as several of you have already done.
It has been a very meaningful gathering, and a confirmation that this bridge between yoga and Christianity keeps opening with strength and grace.
Now I return to Ecuador, and this coming weekend I will be in Quito sharing again. You are all invited to join us. And I also encourage you to prepare for the July retreat, which will undoubtedly be a true spiritual awakening around the themes we will be addressing.
The same for our gatherings in Nicaragua, Guatemala and the other events that are coming on the path.
Thank you, once again, from the heart.
